We are back again!

After weeks of uncertainty we can finally bring you some uplifting news: Restaurant Bougainville is taking the locks of the doors!

On Monday the 1st of June, 2020, we will be reopening the doors of our beautiful restaurant. We guarantee a full night out in a responsible manner. We follow the guidelines as determined by the Dutch government. (Continue reading for our post General Post Corona)

Restaurant Bougainville is open to guests and non-guests of Hotel TwentySeven, which is situated in the same building.

About the team

Be prepared to find world-class gastronomy by Executive Chef Tim Golsteijn and Head Chef Doris Florus. 

Lendl Mijnhijmer, winner of the McNie Tasting Trophy 2016 for best wine taster of the world and named most talented sommelier 2017 by GaultMillau, will assist as Restaurant Manager & Wine Director.
