For Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve, Executive Chef Tim Golsteijn and Mâitre d’Sommelier Ronald Opten ensure a fantastic dinner, accompanied by the most beautiful and unique wines.
Our chef's room is also transformed into a warm Christmas atmosphere where you can enjoy an exclusive dining experience with a great view of the Rokin, for groups from four to up to eight guests!

Christmas Eve

Restaurant is open for dinner with a special 7-course menu for € 120, - per person, including coffee and friandises. The additional wine package costs € 100, - per person, including champagne. Your dinner will start between 6.30 and 8 pm.

Menu Christmas Day and Boxing Day

Restaurant Bougainville is open for dinner with a special 9-course menu for € 160, - per person, including coffee with friandises. An additional wine package costs € 120, - per person, including champagne as an aperitif. Your Christmas dinner will start between 6.30 and 8 pm.

Menu New Year's Eve

Restaurant Bougainville is open for dinner with a special 5-course dinner for € 275, - per person including water, wine, champagne and coffee with friandises. During New Year's Eve, your dinner will start between 6.30 and 7 pm. After dinner, you are very welcome in Bar TwentySeven, where you kick off the new year with live DJ music, cocktails and a magnificent view over the Dam Square!

 

Chef's Room

Enjoy an unforgettable and festive dining experience in our Chef's Room during the month of December. You're seated - almost - inside the bustling and dynamic kitchen with a great view over the Rokin. The chef's room is suitable for groups of 4 to 8 people maximum.
