As a restaurant, we take full responsibility for the safety for our guests and staff. Therefore, we have put some limitations in place so you can enjoy an amazing dinner on Dam Square again.

Reservations

Until further notice we will only accept reservations for 2 guests. We have a limited availability for parties of 4. Tables of 4 are only available to guests from the same household and can not be booked online. Check availability by contacting our reservation department.

New Menu

Executive Chef Tim Golsteijn and Kitchen Chef Dorus Floris have utilised the closing of the restaurant to develop a new fresh menu.

Because we operate with less staff in both the kitchen and front of house, we only offer our Experience Tasting Menu’s. Usually we offered the option between a 5 or 7 course menu. Since we won’t be offering an à la carte menu until further notice, we have decided to also provide you with the Experience 6 course Tasting Menu from the 1st of June onwards. All menus can be served in a vegetarian option.

New Wine list

Our Wine Directors present a completely renewed wine list. A wine list which displays wines from all over the world sorted on their geographical position. Designing this list with around a 1000 references has been an ongoing process for the past 2.5 years.

The offer of wines by the glass has also been expanded. With the help of a Coravin, we’ll be serving the most beautiful wines by the glass.
