THE WINE LIST

Bougainville has an extensive wine selection that is constantly evolving and being expanded. The list currently features over 1000 references of wines from various countries and regions around the world. A broad collection that offers something unique for every guest.

The wine list was awarded the Gault&Millau Wine List of the Year in 2025. In addition to well-known big names, the list also includes surprising references from, for example, small winemakers who are on the brink of a great future. The list is known for its wide range of Champagnes and diverse references from France, Italy, and America.
